Sales & Digital Marketing Intern
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and communicate with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals and assist with closing projects.
- Plan and support social media marketing campaigns.
- Manage and organize leads, follow-ups and campaign activities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English – MUST.
- Basic/Good IT knowledge – MUST.
- Good communication, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Interest in sales, digital marketing and technology.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners.
- Knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
- Previous sales/marketing experience is an advantage, but not required.

Software Developer
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and business analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute innovative technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Experience with frontend and/or backend frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Laravel, Spring Boot, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and improving technical skills continuously

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements (functional and non-functional).
- Attend meetings with stakeholders to understand project goals and scope.
