Software Developer

Responsibilities

Conducting user research to gather insights and understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
Design and refine UI elements, such as menus, buttons, and widgets, to improve user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into seamless and visually appealing user interfaces.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the design process.
Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to enhance and iterate on designs.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Design graphic components, and presentations using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

1-3 years experience of design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. (Preferably in IT Industry)
Understanding of core UI/UX principles and best practices.
Strong visual design sense with great attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly in a team environment.
Enthusiastic about learning and a proactive approach to improving design skills.

Business Analyst

Gather and analyze business requirements (functional and non-functional).
Attend meetings with stakeholders to understand project goals and scope.
Document requirements and maintain clear project documentation.
Work with development and other teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
